  • A half day is anything up to 6 hours of daycare and yep, you guessed it, a Full Day is anything more than 6 hours.

    Our Facilities are open from 7am to 6:30pm, and your pup can join us for the entire time - a Full Day - if they like!

  • We love hanging out with your dog, so for this reason our daycare credits have NO EXPIRY.

    Your credits will remain on your account and can be used for multiple dogs within the household.

  • Daycare credits are just that, for daycare only!

  • Yes! They’re your credits to use as you like. When converting daycare credits we will simply use the value of your existing credits to put towards the new credit purchase.

  • Our system doesn’t allow credits to be ‘split’ in half. If your dog requires both Full and Half Day credits, we suggest purchasing both.

    Don’t forget, your credits have no expiry and can be used for multiple dogs within the household!

  • Yes! Dog wellbeing, health and enjoyment is our priority, therefore if we let you know that your dog is no longer enjoying daycare, they experience a decline in health or they’re no longer suitable for the daycare environment, we will more than happily refund your credits. These requests must be made within 3 months of the last visit.

    We do not offer refunds simply for change of mind.

  • There are a few different ways to purchase daycare credits. You can purchase in any of our facilities at drop-off or pick-up time, or pre-pay using our new ‘Client Paw-tal’ App which you will receive on your first visit with us.
